Now this is a really nifty tool for blogging. I think it beats Zempt, and it’s worth the price, though the latter is free. Bloget allows you to access several accounts, access all the other features such as excerpts, extended entries etc., and, besides, interfaces with a whole slew of blogging apps. It even does file uploads, though for thumbnailing and such you’re better off going through the program interface itself. BJ gives you a right-click context menu, too, right into IE and other browsers.

My only gripe is that it doesn’t allow easy access to smartypants and textile codes, principally because it keeps sticking in para tags and other html. Or maybe I’ve still got to figure out how to bypass the WYSWYG text entry screen …
